Strengthening strategic partnerships with India

The initiative forms part of Dubai’s Real Estate Promotion Strategy, led by DLD across global cities throughout the year. It aims to expand international cooperation and reinforce investment ties with India, one of Dubai’s most crucial strategic partners in real estate.

The high-level DLD delegation included:

They presented a comprehensive overview of Dubai’s real estate investment landscape, emphasizing its competitive advantages and the promising opportunities available to international investors.

Focus on innovation, transparency, and digital transformation

During the event, DLD outlined key strategic pillars:

  • Modern urban planning trends
  • Streamlined regulatory frameworks

Highlighting Dubai’s pioneering digital initiatives, DLD showcased innovations such as:

  • The Tokenisation Project, making Dubai the first in the region to adopt blockchain property registration

  • The ‘She Pioneers’ initiative supporting women’s leadership in real estate

These advancements underscore Dubai’s commitment to transparency, efficiency, and technology-driven innovation, strengthening its global investment appeal.

Dubai’s vision aligned with global growth

This initiative supports the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033, aiming to position Dubai among the top three global cities for real estate investment. It also aligns with the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, which targets doubling the city’s economy over the next decade through innovation and sustainable growth.

Commenting on the initiative, Majida Ali Rashid said:

“Dubai Land Department continues to strengthen its global presence by launching the ‘Dubai Real Estate Connect’ event in New Delhi, opening new avenues for cooperation and showcasing Dubai’s transparent legislation, advanced digital services, and future-ready real estate ecosystem.”

Meanwhile, Majid Al Marri emphasized:

Strengthening this bilateral relationship is crucial for driving sustainable growth, economic integration, and long-term investment opportunities between both markets.

Through initiatives like Dubai Real Estate Connect, DLD continues to open new international channels, reinforcing Dubai’s reputation as a global investment gateway and a model for real estate innovation and urban excellence.
